  19. BUM2 says look in the USER guide Chapter5 to read things 
  20. about building new libraries into blitz2..
  21. But in my User-guide there's nothing about libaries at all...

  24. I don't know if you need utils for it , but I only have 
  25. MakeDefLibs and fdconv
